Arnad (AO) – Arnad Le Vieux has been on the famous Italian TV show “Melaverde”, presented by Edoardo Raspelli. Few days ago, the popular TV host has gone to discover how the “Lardo d’Arnad DOP” is made, showing the handmade work of the company from Valle d’Aosta.
Both the production and the cutting of the product are made by the same company in a clinical clean room specifically made for the preservation of the quality.
If you wanna know more, you can watch the show on Sunday February the 4th, at 12 on Channel 5.
Besides that, the company will also be present at the “Fiera di Sant’Orso” fair, historical event that this year will reach edition number 1020, that will take place in Aosta from 29th of January to the 2 of February. There, Arnad Le Vieux will show their product in a stand inside the wine and food district.
